Unbelieveable Packaging!

Hi Jeremy and Crew:

Just wanted to give a big "thumbs up" to you guys for some remarkable packaging! I ordered several bags of CaribSea "Indo Pacific Black" live sand from you guys last week, and the order arrived the other day.

I was absolutely blown away by the care and attention to detail that you put into the packing of this order...I've ordered Tunze Streams, Lighting systems, and other high end products from you guys over the years and was always extremely impressed, but I was just blown away by the way this relatively simple order was handled...

From start to finish, you guys truly do put the "Premium" into Premium Aquatics! Looking forward to saying "hi" at IMAC! Keep up the great work!

Now, if only my Tunze 6055's were in country! ...LOL

Thank you for the order, we really appreciate your business!

We try to package things as well as we possibly can. A little extra time and effort spent on the box before it ships out is well worth all of the trouble with damages and broken boxes/items.
