Under Cabinet Lighting

Hello Folks,
I am wanting to install lighting under my cabinet operated by opening the doors, I have 4 doors and would like the light to come on opening any one of those doors, I do have the Apex I just need the breakout box,
How are you guys accomplishing this or how would you go about it, please include door switches, how to wire, and what other things may be needed, LED's, florescent, does not matter on the lighting, I just would like to see well when I open the doors, thanks for any help on this matter.
Links and pics would be a great help.

Wire magnet switches in the closed position when the doors are closed and hook in series to one input on BoB. Set the program to turn on the light when the switch goes open.

am I correct to assume the magnetic switch is a low voltage and acts more like a signal wire, correct?

ok I got it figured out, I'll post when I have it built along with diagram and pics. seems simple enough, I just need to order the breakout box, should have it done by end of next week...

I just ordered 10 N/C push button switches, which, if I have my switches correct will turn on the juice when doors open and off when doors are shut, ebay, gotta love it, switches will be here the 4th of Aug. BO box will be here a day before that, so by Wed. I should have this part up and running, more wire and cable routing, lovely lol

I found some LED tape lights with an included switch at lowes that work great. I simply mounted the switch on the side and turn them on manually when I need them.

If you want them to turn on automatically, you can just replace the switch with the magnetic switch mentioned above. Unless you want/need to link it to other parts of the system, there's really no advantage to doing it through the Apex. It will work, but is probably just as much if not more work to do so.
