Underwater iPhone pics

Does anyone shoot underwater with their iPhone? I thought about picking up a life proof to shoot some underwater pics of corals. Seems like you could really get some cool top down stuff. I did a quick search but didn't see anything.

I tried this once diving a while back with an iPhone 4s.. You can get some 'eh' photos.

The problem is that the camera has a really hard time adjusting to the frequent, rapid light changes from the water's surface, so most of the photos you get are really overexposed, or horribly out of focus.

If you're into diving/snorkeling and want to get some nice shots during your dives, a GoPro is cheap and works pretty well:
