Underwater Photography

Hey all... has anyone here used the Olmpus 350 or the stylus 770 for their underwater photography?

I am purchasing one or the other on Monday and was looking for any feed back to help me make the pick.

I've got an old Olympus 720. The shutter lag is bit much when it comes to moving objects, otherwise picture quality is good.
