Unexpected Consequences

I'm in the midst of lights out in an effort to combat Cyano. It caused my RBTA to move higher in the tank. This anemone had just split for the first time in August as it came to me as a three week old clone from another reefer.

I wasn't too pleased that it moved up so high on the rock last night but I was even less pleased to see that it has split this morning!

I really only want one RBTA as they really are considerable trouble when they start moving around. The August baby hasn't budged and is still on the original rock it was cloned to.

I have the original baby listed on craigs but no takers yet...guess I'll have two for sale in a couple of weeks...I really don't want to ship them though and finding local reefers is not easy.

Have you tried your LFS? Maybe they'll take the extras?

I have asked them yet. There are only two which are not chains and they are each an hour away from me in opposite directions. The other stores are Petco.

Contact reef clubs in Boston - it's not that far, maybe someone will drive up.
