Unhappy corals, White bugs on SPS

I am lost on his one and need some advice. A little background: two weeks ago, while I was out of town, we had a really bad t-storm that caused a 6 hour power outage. Tank circulation was OK as I had MP40 pair on BBackup. But for some reason, timer on lighting reset itself both for clock and lighting cycle. Short end of story is lighting ended running at different time and longer in cycle. When I returned, I fixed the clock but didn't notice the light cycle issue for another couple of days. Since then, I have noticed that certain SPS are still happy, but others in tank, especially higher up, are bleaching and little to no PE. I want to believe that the lighting is the issue, but tonight I noticed on one piece on frag rack these small white bugs. Didn't see any signs on other pieces (SPS) close by. Don't look like red bugs, more like pods, but need second

Sincerely,

David

I'd suggest doing in tank treatments with milbemax, sentinel, or interceptor spectrum as if they were red bugs. Red bugs aren't the only pod like coral pest/predator.
