Unhappy Green Mushrooms? help

I have had these mushrooms in my tank since April. I have noticed a difference in the size of the mushrooms and have been watching them very closley. It seems to me that they are happy but yet they continue to get smaller. I have many other inhabitants in the tank including but not limited to ricordia, button polyps, and hairy mushrooms. Please tell me what you think might be the problem. I am afraid that at this rate I will not have green mushrooms in my tank for much longer.

Usually, when they start to shrink, is because they either receive to much light or there is a problem with the water quality. If you placed them close to the surface, you may want to lower them to mid-ground or even bottom. Ricordea florida (NOT yuma) and most button polyps do fine under intense light, but many actinodiscus and rhodactis species are happy in lower light environments. Good luck.

I have Two 65 watt True Actinic compact fluorescent bulbs and Two 65 watt 10,000K Daylight compact fluorescent bulbs and during the night I have Four 3/4 watt Lunar Blue-Moon-Glow bulbs I have these on a 75 gal and the mushrooms are mid tank never moved since I got them except side to side. The flow is low to med, and the water quality tests as good. I will move them tonight and keep posting on their progress. If anyone has anything else please let me know. Thank you guys for your posts.

How long do you leave the lights on?
i would move them to a shadier spot.
I had some mushrooms on a rock and the ones exposed to more light shrivelled up. The ones in the shade are doing fine.

The four 65 watt lights are left on for about twelve hours then the lunar lights are left on till I turn the other lights back on. I have moved them to the bottom of the tank so I will wait to see how they react if they do not do well then I will move them to a shaded area.
