I have always had good experiences until now. I have been waiting on a co2 regulator for over a month now. I knew it was backordered but it came in last week. I have talked to them 4 times since last thursday every time they say its shiping out. Im only two days by mail from them. The last time they assured me it was going overnight and I would have it yesterday. Today I called to find out they sent a shirt out to me overnight today. But no co2 regulator!There service has gone down hill. I still cannot get a strait answer on when I am getting my regulator. I currently have to go out and boy more supplemts to make up for my reactor still being down.
