Unicorn tang has open wound in nose, do I need to medicate?

I have been doing Tank Transffer Method and since Tanks Transffer tanks are small he has rubbed his nose and has open wound today that I am doing his las transffer.

he is 9 inches big.
he has been a little stressed and has not eaten for a couple of days
