unidentifiable creature in my tank.

Last night I noticed a small, not tiny just small little whitish thing on the back wall of my tank near my new live rock. It almost resembles a snail without a shell. It has two intenas and moves slowly but not as slow as a snail. It has this almost red looking thing on its back with white dots that seem raised. I can't get a good picture of it or even a close picture of it. It doesn't seem to be eating the algae on the back wall. I have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions? Thank you

have a search for nudibranchs on the internet and see if you can find something that looks like one of them, they come in endless colours and patterns/shapes.
if it looks like a slug then chances are its a nudibranch species. i couldnt say for sure though. nothing else comes to mind from the description.. :)

well it looks mostly like a stomatella. I haven't seen it since last night and it seems to be more active at night when the main lights are off.
