uniseals... on a 110

Will uniseals hold in one of these?

I am looking to put the seals near the corners near the bottom.

Or would a bulkhead work better in a flat area?

That kinda application is more or less what uniseals were designed for. I would think in an odd shapped tank like that you'd be best off with a uniseal. You might not get a great seal with a bulkhead.
