unknown coral

Picked up a monti from a guy yesterday and he offered to give me a piece of this coral. I have no idea what it is, anyone have an idea?

Pachyseris.sp also known as elephant skin will be my guess, also could be hydnophora.sp as well, do you have pic when it open up/puff up?

It definitely looks like the second one hydnophora, thanks. Il give it a few days to get acclimated .

Looks more like pavona to me, just before its spread out and up.

Most definitely is a pavona.

+1 as a side note my Pavona is my fastest growing coral

And it seems every time I put my hand in the tank I break a chip of it off all those chips grow very well too
