unknown tenticles

In my 110gallon reef, i have an unknown tenticle that comes out of a small hole in the live rock. It sits next to an unknown species of sponge that came in on the live rock. it is about 2 inches long and it is a single tenticle and is transparent. Our tank has been set up for about 8 months and the feeler tenticle doesn't seem to harm my pulsing xenia's,the sponge,frogspawn or any of my polyps. if any1 has any info on this please let me know!!!

i see these too

mainly in my sand

it looks like a feather duster work tube, liek the bottom part, its made of tiny shell chunks, and i see 2 tentacles come out, they are abotu as thick as sweepers id guess, and are white, they extend anyewhere from an inch to 2-3 inches
