unknown wrasse care-requirements

i just came back from a trip with a new fish . I caught it when i was snorkeling . He has a red body with few white saddles along his back and he's really small. I have caught some other fishes with 2 cleaner shrimp too but they died because of nothing

pictures would help out tremendously, the other fish and shrimp didnt die because of nothing they died from stress most likely.
