I ordered 2 cases of salt today and had them will called because shipping is ridiculous on the stuff. I swung by and picked it up, but right after I left my buddy gave me a call and asked if I could also pick up his order. I was about 10 min away so I turned around and went back. He called and asked if it was cool for me to pick up. The guy on the phone said sure and charged his order right then. When I came back to get his 1 case of salt I was told that I needed to wait 2 hours for the will call to be filled. Now I understand that there is a system in place but I thought it was lame of the guy to tell me no as he rushed out to lunch. I have a good size business and I do things to keep customers way above and beyond walking to the back of a 50 foot warehouse to pick up a case of salt. To me this was an indication of your dedication to the customer that left me unsatisfied and willing to place my orders elsewhere. I’m sure my friends will follow.

Thanks for your feedback, unfortunately our system only is able to import an order about every 15 mins, to be processed and be picked by our warehouse staff. Our warehouse management system does not allow for rushed orders or orders to be picked at random as we fully automated and are only able to accept will call orders over the phone, since we are not a "walk in" store. This is one reason for the 2 hour wait period from the time you call in your order. It prevents the customer from coming to pick up at our window and having to wait a long time for their order. I apologize if you feel that we are not dedicated to our local customers
