I have a 2" FEMALE misbar/picasso true percula clownfish that I am looking to get rid of. I think she would be better off in a smaller tank than my 90g.

She has started getting her black/darker colors from when these pics were taken...

(She is the smaller clown in this picture)

Pick up at my house please. I won't be available this weekend, but pretty much anytime after 2:45pm next week would be good, or the weekend after next.

Thanks,

Oh, and BTW, paid $38 for that fish, asking $15...OBO

Okay, well, let me know, because I want to order another clown from LA, so I can pair him (well thats what it'll end up being) for the other w/c clown.

wait.... so you are gettign rid of just the female because you think she woudl like a smaller tank, but then just getting another clown to have a pair? Then wouldnt the other ones prefer a smaller tank? I'm a little confused about your reasoning :)
Also, neither of them look like misbars at all. Just a very nice (the female looks almost perfect) perc :P
nice looking fishies

I know that the smaller clown in a pair, is almost always a male, BUT, that smaller clown was in my 90 all by himself for about 3 weeks to a month before I got that bigger much newer, clown from LA. And when she (the bigger one) arrived, she was already displaying signs of being a female, and started off, doing those submissive seizures whenever the smaller fish came around. Now they completely ignore each other.

(The smaller clown, one I am selling)
The thing is, she really only hangs out at the top of the tank behind the return locline and really never comes out to the front of the tank unless its feeding time. When I had her in my NC12g, she was MUCH more active and responsive to things around the tank, and was much nicer to watch. Now, she is really boring, and I am 99.9% that they are both females, even though there is the size difference...I think she would be better off in a NC, BC or one of those nano style systems...

males are the ones that are submissive also... meaning they do the shaking thing

You've been talking to my wife, haven't you?

umm... those arent picasso

Right, she is not full nor true picasso, more of a misbar, but that is what it was sold to me as. I did add misbar into the description for that reason...she is just an odd ball

not a picasso at all. just a perc. yes picasso clowns are A. Percula, but it doesnt mean all percs are picasso.

whoever sold you it as that ripped you off if they charged more for it

Well, I consider a true A. percula clown, one with perfect markings. This fish is at least a mis-bar because on the other side of it, it is indeed, missing part of a bar.

Okay, the person who was originally going to take the fish has backed out, and has told me to sell it to someone else...so back up for sale!

Ill take it. just pm me your address so I can see how far you are from me if you dont mind. Im not working so Im available all the time right now:rolleye1:
