Update on babies and small BTA - it's love! (Pic)

I can't help it, I'm a mom... the clowns have been avoiding the BTA and sticking together near the surface of the box. So a few minutes ago I put my finger in the acclimation box and gently shoo'd them into the nem for a minute or so.

If a lightbulb could go on over a fish's head, I just saw it happen. One of the clowns suddenly stopped worrying about the finger that had been in the box and started loving all over the nem. The other shortly followed suit and they're now fully enraptured.

Sometimes it takes a little tough love. :D Ask my 26 year old how he was taught to swim...

(Also, they'll be getting a bigger box soon...)

For scale, that nem is just under 3" across!

Your story made my wife and i breathe a sigh of relief. Our pair were the first in the tank and we finally got a bta last week. The clowns have basically hosted the top right corner of the tank. I'm sure they'll figure it out soon. The nem is finally done adjusting and has emerged.
