Ok, I have other SPS never seen this, it is almost like my LPS feeders huge. There was a debate about what kind of SPS this is last time I posted.

Hydnaphora, thats why some consider it an LPS.

May want to check your spelling on that. Are you referring to Montipora?

My first guess as you see is hydnaphora, but the piece is still a lil early to tell, it also looks alot like a nodulating variation of this :

I'd guess Merulina also, hydnophora doesn't have that tecture to it.

Hey well that makes me feel pretty good heheh.Sounds like alot of those guys are torn between hydnophora(grandis?) and merulina ampliata as well. Im leaning toward merulina as well though.

Looks like a Hydno to me as well.. Those sweepers are VERY Bad to anything near by. I wont have them because of that.. sweepers like galaxia corals.. and they only do that when another coral has released a toxin they dont like.. so you got some chem warfare going on
