update on Liana's lifeee

I wont give you a soap opera, but just so that you guys dont think i like fell off the face of the planet or something...

List of reasons why i'm not here like ever:

-college applications
-senior year over achiever classes (ap gov, ap lit, college calc)
-varsity gymnastics
-physical therapy/doctors appts.

i'm getting my 2nd cortizone shot of the year on monday. wish me luck >.< this one will actually be on what used to be my "good" knee, aka the one that hasn't had surgery.

i'm doing modified routines until after the shot. here's a sneak peak of my "safety" routine on beam.



i just dont find time to jump on the forum daily, so if anything important is going on, somebody please attempt to tell me
