Old School Reefer
This year I choose a different vendor for the club t-shirts... the previous vendor could not replicate the level of detail in our last design, so the results last time were less than optimal. Since our designs this year are very detailed I found a vendor who could replicate the designs exactly. They initially wanted a silkscreen setup fee of $25 per plate (and we have 4 plates), which was cost prohibitive in my opinion, making the final price per shirt at $19. I negotiated that down to a setup fee of $15 per plate, with a final shirt price of $15, which I feel is reasonable for a one of a kind custom club shirt.
To try and get that price down further, I am going to make a general post on Reef Central and take orders for two more days (design only... no WTMRAC logo on those shirts). Perhaps we can get the price per shirt down to $13 or $14. This is a bottom dollar amount for these shirts... none of the monies are going to the club. The cost is a bit higher due to fewer requests for shirts. If anyone else wants a shirt just PM me the request (size, design and color) before Thursday.
Shirts should be ready by next Friday. I'll keep you informed.
