I've pretty much planned my new tank - I just wanted some final input so I don't screw anything up.
Tank will eventually become an SPS tank with a wavemaker (2x Tunze to create the effect, I think).
48x24x30"tall 150 gallons. 3 sides starphire, External overflow on short end@ wall, Eurobraced. Peninsula style from wall.
5" DSB and going to have the stand cover this part as well, most likely.
Q:
1. Can I make waves by only having powerheads on the short end where the overflow is or will I need to place one on the far display side of the tank?
2. Do I need to make any special adjustments to the overflow with the wavemaker causing water to bump around?
3. Any other comments?
My goal is to make TOTM in like 5-10 years
