every time i go to update the software to 4004 or 4010 i get the error code 2343 and the install stops. any idear?

are you selecting ok on the profilux before selcting ok on the PC when starting the downlaod.

Are you allowing the profilux to reboot before selcting ok on the pc when finished?

hi ,
its the profilux control thats giving me problems,i have tried a fresh,tried to update from v3.081 (that works by the way) its just when the software starts to install i get the error code2343 and it stops.

Matthias will be able to give you more advise on this tomorrow but for now just to run through a few things that you may have already done so bare with me.

Make sure V3.08 is installed on both profilux and control

Upgrade to V4.0 firmware

the and only then upgrade to V4.0 profiLux control.

i have had the system running on v4.0 firmware and v4003 for the last few month with no problems , just thought that i would update the control software as there was new versions out. i will wait to see if matthias has an idear why i keep getting the code.
