clkwrk - It's been years now since I've seen it. All I remember was it really glowed under lighting. Do you have a pic?

Nice one. Did that come in as an ORA Yellow Tort, or was it a Marshall Island frag that you are the shop you got it from named yellow tort?

It didn't come labled at all but came in a ORA shipment on an ORA plug. I have seen the yellow MI and this is way different IMO.

I have had the store try to get the info from ORA but they have no clue and say that many things can come out of the MI facility that may not be on their offical list.

I call it a yellow tort because of growth I have the bennett yellow tort and numerous other torts even a wild austera . Which they all have simularities. However I think this piece grows like a stag in terms of growth . it grows very quick.

So it was a marshll Island frag then. When you buy from ORA, you either buy named corals that are available from their Florida facility. They name each different one.

From their Marshall Island facility, you just order random "Marshall Island frags". You can steer them in the right direction sometimes, but it is kind of a grab bag. Nice corals though.

Thanks . Weird though because it was the only unamed one they got in that shipment the rest were the listed ones on oras site. Which I picked some of those up to .

Jsweir- I like that pm look alike . I have the RM one and it finally coming back to its og color after its brownout .

Also that last pic posted of your looks like an Austera to me. How long have you had it? I got one a while back that was very light purple with purple polyps . Now its turning darker purple after doing its brownout deal also .

I have had that one since October of last year, It is turning a little more blue now on top. That yellow ORA rocks! looks like purple lemonade... it is not the one I had. I just got the PM lookalike from Rommel last month. He called it UF own purple monster.
