Upgrade from 250W to 400W

Hi,

I am currently running 3 T5HO tubes and a 250W MH on a 3x2x2 90gal tank.

Should I upgrade to a 400 MH.

250's re plenty for penetrating 24" of water.

depending on your reflector, that could be the problem. what reflector are you using? and how far above the water is it?

No problems, just starting to add SPS to my mix reef tank so wondering if more light is better.

250watt should be plenty for sps in a 90

250'S KEEP my wifes tank lit, and she has a few clams that are growing like weeds, and plenty of SPS and LPS and Softies. all are happy.
