upgrade problem

Hello Dave or Tim or anyone,

I received the upgraded firmware unit.. I attempted to perform the upgrade but am having difficulty.
The master flashes red/yellow after solid red and I release the mode button- the slave however only flashes red very quickly. I left both on for at least 5 minutes and nothing changes. Am I doing anything wrong?

Rich,
You do not get anything other than red flashes on the slave. Are you holding the Mode and Set buttons for 10 seconds to get it to flash between Red and White.
