upgrading a 6105?

I saw the statement below in a thread that was a Tunze vs. Vortech thread.
I'm curious what the upgrade is?

you would take your 6105 and just add this housing on the fromnt to get the wider flow

I have a pair of 6105's, one of them has the 6205 cover. It does a notable job of wider flow/less intense flow. Here is an earlier thread related:
