Upgrading Lighting on a 10 gal

If I upgrade my lighting on my 10 gallon to a 20'' 2x40watt Current USA PowerCompact Dual Satellite Fixture will that be enough to support most LPS? Now going out on a further branch, could it be enough to support any hardy SPS or even small clams? Has anyone out there used these lights and are they even worth buying?
