Upgrading

Hi everyone, I'm in the planning process of upgrading from a 90 gal to a 250 or 300 ( either 72x30x27 or 72x36x27) and could use all the help your willing to give. So far for lighting I'm thinking 3x250w lumenbright HQI with 4x 72" VHO actinics . I haven't decided on a skimmer yet and would welcome any suggestions, but I'm thinking external. I'm leaning toward SPS dominated and will be running a calcium reactor along with phos and carbon reactors. For flow I was thinking 4x MP40's (I have 2 already) I haven't ordered the tank yet and was wondering what is the best way to set up a glass tank, like internal or external overflows, what size bulkhead holes and how many? and any other suggestions a tank this size should have. I'm still kinda new at this and want to do it right the first tim. Thank you.

you can do a marineland deep dimension 300, if you didnt want to spring for a custom tank with external overflows...

marineland deep dimension 300s are 72x36x28 so almost exactly what you want. i have a very similar set up as you 72x36x30 you can check my thread if you would like some ideas
