so a long story short, Richard I will soon be needing to re-start my tank.
a few months back i had a really busy time and a problem with my auto feeder and then a failure on my part to act when i first saw the problem.
the result is a mass of green hair algae on everything everywhere.
in the next 2 weeks i will get the tank cleaned out and scrubbed and reloaded with new water.
so in about say 6 weeks i will be looking to re-stock .....
lesson learned: do not feed as much, make sure the auto feed does not dump to much and make sure to take the time to fix it *BEFORE* the green death takes over!
