Upset about problems with new light!

My parents bought me an Orbit Extreme 1034 a couple of months ago for my birthday and the lights are flickering now. I am extremely frustrated because it's going to cost me probably $40.00 to ship this thing back for repair. When someone pays over $600.00 for a lighting system, it should work for more than a couple of months. What are my options?

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the hood. What type of problems are you having? If it is just a bulb is the not working or a ballast that is not working, Current USA may be able to replace just the defective part without you having to send the entire fixture back. You can reach the tech support at 866-276-8872 or via email at info@current-usa.com . They will help you troubleshoot the unit and figure out the best solution.

If the fixture was purchased from us, please give us a call once you have spoken with Current USA's tech support and we can help you order a warranty-covered part or set up a return.

I noticed that you mentioned that you have had the fixture for a couple of months. We have actually only been selling these Orbit Extreme fixtures for a month (Since June 9th). If the fixture was purchased from a different vendor, you will need to get in contact with the vendor where the fixture was purchased from.

one thing to remember MD is the reseller they are not directly responsible for manufacturer defects. It would not be fair to hold them responsible for all the products they sell. I do suggest you shop around and you will find that their prices cant be beat...sorry my two cents...

and im from NY so im not an MD employee..lol
