Urchin Clingfish

No personal experience and I have rarely seen them in the trade. The few people I've heard of who have purchased them had hit or miss success rates. Many simply dissappeared after a few weeks. If you decide to try caring for one I'd place it in an established reef tank with a good pod population and a diadema urchin for company. According to the fishbase.org, this species does consume some copepods, zooplankton, and other benthic animals.

I had one a while back, and as Monkey said above, after a few weeks, it was gone. It seemed to be doing okay, ate flake food, and then just vanished. Very interesting fish, if you can do it.

Got three of them. It is great to see them swim together and then cling onto the side of the tank. Been eating cyclopeeze. Hope they will survive.
