Urchin in a tank treated with copper????

I have a long spine urchin that has aquired a taste for xenia. I know most would see this is a good thing but i like my xenia. Can i put him in my fowlr? I treated the fowlr with copper but it is almost all out now. If so i will wait untill it has been out for a while. Thanks.

tough to say, sometimes it can leach out of the rock or silicone for a long time.

Would the copper effect the urchin like it would coral or nems?

Yes. (It would effect it, they are extremely sensitive to things)
