Urgent-frogfish acting funny

I just checked on my frogfish before bed and to my surprise, he was swimming at the top of the tank.
I have been feeding him a couple blue/green chromis a week.
As far as I know, he was fine before this. Is this what happens when they ingest air or are overfed, or is he maybe searching for food?
It's very hard to find info on these guys.

I am sorry I didn't see this sooner. Is the frogfish ok?

IMO, it is not from eating or ingesting air. Frogfish can expel almost anything from their digestive tract at will. IMO, it is more likely a swim bladder issue. How long did/have you had him? Is he upside down? Does he appear to be floating?

If he isn't having any buoyancy issues and he is right side up, he may just be acting like the silly frogfish he is. If not, something more sinister might be at play. I don't have any idea how to treat it, though. I had one do the same thing, and after trying a few things, I wound up euthanizing it because he could no longer eat properly. :(
