Urgent help Needed My 2 Yrs old toadstool Dying!!

As the title said my toadstool leather is dying. I dont know if cutting part of it could help. It all start with a little hole on the center of the coral and now just in a couple of days it is looking as in the photo. What can i do to help him? can i cut all the head off?

I'm sorry, but your leather looks like it has passed the point of no return.

You can try a quick fresh water or iodine dip, and then try to cut away all that dead material.

Sorry to say but you would need to do some intense surgery to save that leather. If you have had that leather for 2 years it didn't just die, something in your tank caused that. All your other coral ok?

All other corals look ok..I will do a water change just in case.
