Urgent Help Needed!!

I just bought a huma rectangular trigger and i acclimated him correct and my water parameters are all correct but he lodged himself in between two rocks and is now just laying there, he is still breathing.. but idk.. whats going on?

He is scared - who else is in your tank?

Turn off the lights, let him adjust.

The more you mess with him, the worse you will make it. If he's o.k., he will come out when he feels comfortable.

I wouldnt be worried about it. Thats how most triggers tend to act when first being introduced into a new tank. Give it some time.

My Huma takes naps throught the day. He does just what you said yours is doing. Naps usally last about 1/2 hr.

Is he breathing fast or normal ?

He came out for a bit then went back in.. his breathing is regular, it was very fast but has slowed down a bunch.. I have the lights off.. Just waiting on him to come out.. Whats some good fish to mix with this guy?

medium size groupers or larger, large harlequin tusk, large angels may be to aggressive for him.

Look at my current tanks . That is what is in with my trigger.

Large angels will not bother a picasso.

I've had my huma for a long time. He is my wifes favorite fish.

He has been with a sailfin tang, flame angel, king angel. No problems.
