Urgent Help Requested

Something is going on in my one tank.

Flared gills, rapid breathing.

Is it a disease or something else. I took them all out of the tank and started acclimateing them to a new tank and they started to crash pretty quick. I put them all back in their tank. Other than the flared gills they seemed perfectly fine. They now look terrible.

Bacterial infection I think FB. The PH must have been off in the new tank? Big water changes and lots of them to get rid of a bacterial bloom. You can try medicating but water changes are the biggest thing by far.
