Urgent help: Vectra

I just purchased a Vectra M1 and installed it. When I go to use EcoSmart Live I can't discover it because my ReefLink was set to communicate on Frequency 9 and all of my devices are on 1. This was changed by EcoTech Support because my QuietDrives kept crashing and overheating. Can someone help me with this over the weekend? I spent $150 to have the Vectra overnighted.

Never mind, I preformed a factory reset on all my devices and Reeflink. All connected.

That is great news! For future reference, you could have changed the frequency on your Vectra just like you did on your VorTechs. Since they both use our QuietDrive technology, they share some general functionality like how the RF frequency is changed, factory reset, etc.
