Please help quick! I bought a heniochus diphreutes two weeks ago from a very respected LFS. He may have had ich because for a few days he liked to rub against the anthias a little, but he had stopped that. He's been eating great and swimming just fine until last night. I noticed he was sitting in a corner of the tank not swimming much, but he did eat some frozen mysis. Just now I found him laying on the sand at the back of the tank. What can I do?

peppermint shrimp
cleaner shrimp
various snails/hermits
Water stats:
??
sorry, I just found out my kits are crap and not worth anything anymore for testing. Results are way off. Everything else (including sps) seems just fine.
Please help if you can. I'm new to reef tanks and I haven't had any sick fish yet.
