Use for rodi waste water

Hello all. As i have just been cycling my tank and commencing my first water changes ive been left to wander. What are some possible uses for the rodi waste water? One idea I've come across is during initial start up of rodi is to bypass the di stage as the first few minutes of use the membrane allows an elevated tds and during this start up to collect the water for drinking purposes. To this end i will likely order the stunning water bladder tank kit for sale at melevesreef. This still leaves the waste water. As we have ended the swimming season i must grain and clean my above ground pool in entirety. Would anyone see an issue with during the fall and winter months collecting and filling the pool with the rodis waste line. This would save the water simply going down the drain as well as reduce time and cost of refilling come spring. My assumption is that this would lead to elevated contaminates in the pool water and seeing as most of those contaminates are chlorine and chloramines that the pool needs i see no true drawback to using this as a means to filing the pool. Any thoughts?

i have a 55 gallon drum that collects the waste water but has a over flow into a floor drain in my basement. the drum is raised about the level of our washing machine.Older top load type..
before i start a load of laundry i will fill the washer with the waste water . We also use it to water house plants and the Garden in the summer... We have quite a large system so we cant save it all but every little bit helps.. I seen where someone also run a pressure tank and pump and ran it to dishwasher and kitchen/ bathroom

I use RO waste water to keep my pool filled during the summer, and top off my hot tub during the winter. The 'stuff' you're removing with an RO filter doesn't have any effect on chemically treated pool water.

Oh, an RO filter doesn't, or shouldn't, remove Chlorine/Chloramine... the carbon block does that prior to it ever reaching the RO membrane. If it didn't, your RO membrane wouldn't last long.

I have a 5g pressure tank after the RO unit, and before the DI cartridge. I use this for drinking water and to feed the ice maker. Keeps me from buying bottled water with the less than ideal water that comes from our well.

When we had those older top loader washer, I usually fill it up and use it to wash clothes.
Nowadays, even a top loader washer is so advance that you cant just fill it up with your own water. It has all these sensors and stages of cycles.
I just drain it out to the lawn now.

I have 4 tanks and an RO/DI that makes 45gph at 150psi. I collect reject water (it's only waste water if you waste it rather than use it) in a 200g cistern and use it to do laundry. My wife doesn't mind the equipment in the garage because I do the laundry so I can use the reject water.

Yep, I use my waste water for pool.

My waste water goes to the washing matching and outside to a watering pipe for my garden and to my wife's flower beds
