Username and password not working - AC3

I have an AC3, and have confirmed that my networking is correct. I can change my username and password, however when I type the ip in my browser it gives me the command prompt to add in them both, and when I hit connect the box goes away, and come right back 2 seconds later and will not accept.

Anyone had this issue?

Anyone know how to do a reset to factory settings?

Been there done that several times. Any other ideas?

Are you sure you changed the username and password and not the email name and password? Did you use the buttons or web connection to make the change (you can't change un/pw using the web interface so it would be a dead give away if you used the web interface to change them).

I actually got an email from Curt today [Neptune] and he was able to solve the problem.

All that was needed was a reboot back to factory settings.
