What are your thouts on ushio 20 k de bulbs..??

I used Ushio 20K 250W HQI bulbs on all my tanks prior to adding Radion LEDs. I still use Ushio 20K over areas of the reef that have a lot of Red acros since I get better coloration with Ushio 20K. The topic of MH bulbs is highly subjective but Ushio 20K are excellent in my opinion.

Just note that the light intensity on 20K bulbs will be a lot less than 14K, so any coral that are close to the bottom of your tank might get a bit less light. Place Coral accordingly.
