Ushio 250w 20k mogul?

Ok it's that time of year to change the bulbs.I have been running 250w 20k Radiums and I have to say that I am pretty sad to see them go discontinued.I ordered Ushio 250w 20k single ended and was wondering if I can get some input.I have friends who run XM's etc..... and I wanted to get something different.I'm more about color rather then rapid growth.If anyone has pro's and con's on them or maybe pics of their reef without any other supplemental lighting on that would be great.Thank's everyone Gabe.

I like my Ushio 20k's on my 180g. Nice blue tint with coralvue 400w ballasts. Getting pretty good growth also.

Radiums are not being discontinued.

That being said, I have used the Ushio 20K halides and liked them. They are a nice color.

Not as nice as Radium's though IMO, but I dont think you would go wrong with Ushio 20K if that is your choice.

I ordered the Ushio's because I can not get the radiums anywhere.Local stores or marinedepot or aquacave.they all said they are discontinued.I ordered them from aqua cave and they called me to let me know they are discontinued.So I dont know but thats what I been told from 3 different stores.Anyways thanks for the input the ushios will be here on the 26th.will post my pros and cons.
