Using 800L Chiller in 2600L tank

Can I use 800L Hailea Chiller HC 300 in a 2600L tank? Tank water is at 33 Celsius and I want to bring it down to 29 Celsius.

Depending on ambient temperature, your chiller may never accomplish that. Manufacturers are very specific with ratings and more often than not over state the capabilities of their chillers. Give it a try on an average day and see just what it can do.
