Using a gen 3 on a 40 breeder

I'm not asking if you can, but I'm asking who is using a single gen 3 Radion XR30 on a 40 breeder. 36" x 18", or any 36" long tank.

How is it doing?

I'm using a G3 Pro on a 65g, 36lx18w. Its a mix reef, but mostly LPS. Coverage is pretty good, but you will get shading at the ends. My light is in the canopy, so about 9" from the water line. It would help a lot if you can place it higher.

I think the radion is great over my 65 (36x24x16h). I am using a G3 Pro, and get the slightest bit of darkening at the very corners of my tank. The camera shows a much greater contrast than what I can see with my eye.

I would put ANY coral or clam in ANY spot in my tank and be absolutely confident it would thrive. Here's a quick pic.
