Using salt-mix to brine turkey

Going to wet brine the bird overnight tonight. They let sit open air dry tomorrow night. Works out great for cooking.

My ATO tanks are sitting there with 1.026 salt mix. Was thinking of just using a few gallons for my brine.

Anyone else brine with mix?

You’re going to have to let us know how this turns out! JK I can’t see that brine mix being palatable and might ruin you and your guests’ weekend.

I like to know how it turns out. Don’t think it will be very good. But I could be wrong.
