UV Sterilizer Good In A ULNS?

Quick question,
I have a 24 Gallon Reef tank and I want to do all SPS and make it a ULNS. I have a Biocube skimmer and I already bought a UV sterilizer, will this do more harm than good in a ULNS? Also I had some other questions; I am obviously limited by size but what fish would I find on an acropora reef in the wild that would fit in a 24 gallon? I kinda want to make the reef a replica of what one would find in the wild but I also want fish that are beneficial and serve a purpose. I love anthias and I was wondering if only one anthias without any other fish would be okay but I'm sure that is not. I have minimal rock work. Maybe 5-10 lbs. suggestions are very appreciated. I am doing a cleaner shrimp, ALL SPS and a few clams. I have MH and LEDs above the tank. It has a skimmer will have a refugium and might have a UV sterilizer. okay so next question. I can't purchase Vodka and my parents don't drink so as of now I am going to use carbon source by brightwell aquatics. I know I need a bacterial supplement, but can someone really help with how to start a ULNS system for a nano tank?
Questions in short:
1) UV sterilizer good for a 24 gallon SPS ULNS tank?
2) What natural beneficial fish can I add to my 24 gallon SPS tank?
3) HELP WITH ULNS system for my 24 gallon, could someone give product suggestions and easy to follow guidelines to follow?

You mentioned about carbon and bacteria dosing. So why would you put a UV sterilizer that kills bacteria (good or bad). If you are doing a ULNS which I'm assuming you will achieve via carbon and bacteria dosing a UV sterilizer would be counter productive. I use to have a UV sterilizer on my tank but took it off once i started carbon and bacteria dosing.
