To our fellow reefers in New River I cannot begin to tell you the horror I felt as the news came rolling in on the shooting on campus today, I hope that none of our group was involved but none the less I'm sure it will affect the whole community just because of the shear meanness of it. I will pray for those involved.

It is a rough time here. I do not know anyone directly who was hurt/killed, though I have friends that knew people who were lost. It is a stressful time. My prayers go out to the friends and family of the victims.

We just found out that one of the girls who died was my wife's student last semester. She was only 19, and a brilliant student - what a waste.
