Valentini Puffer Sick?

Hey all, my valentini puffer has not eaten in the past 2 days and seems to not be acting like himself. I've had him for around 2 weeks and started noticing him becoming a bit less active, but still moves around the tank freely when the light is on. I also noticed his tail fin looks a bit damaged. The only other fish in the tank are 2 clown fish and whenever I am watching they do not seem to bother him whatsoever. I attached a picture below of what he currently looks like. I've been feeding him new life spectrum marine fish formula which was suggested at a LFS. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

I don't believe so. I bought him from the same store I bought both clowns and they are doing fine.

That does not mean anything. You might consider asking the store if they run copper in their fish system. In diagnosing problems, we look for clues beyond the visual.

I will definitely ask. It seems like his tail fin is damaged, can it be repaired or no?

To try to help answer your question about the copper, what LFS did you get him from if you don't mind me asking. Im from eastern Pa so I theres a chance we go to the same LFS.
