Valentini Puffer with Crabs?

I added a Velentini Puffer to my tank. I noticed he is interested in the hermitcrabs. Will he eat hermit crabs? How about starfish?..Or pencil urchin?

the one I used to have would eat snails and hermits. I had a hard time keeping algea under control so I had to get rid of the valentini puffer.
