Variable flow question

I am using a 6100 turbelle on a multi controller & want to know if I set it @ 30% (lowest setting) & on wave mode, is there any variable flow. It's hard to tell, but it appears to stay at the same 30% speed all the time. I want to program it to go from aprox. 10% to 30%. Is this possible?

No, 30% is the slowest the pump can go so no variable speed is possible. If the pump is too big for your tank you might consider trading someone for a 6000 transformer, you can also buy the smaller transformer for about $35. The 6000 is at 100% about the same as a 6100 at 30%.

The tunze kit came w/ the 6000 transformer. If I use this transformer on the 6100, will it still have the variable flow capability?

Then only difference between the two pumps is the transformer and both are variable.
